I'm Drew, founder of DrewOS and Outpost Preparedness.

I'm a retired Marine and combat veteran from Los Angeles, now in San Diego, running a disaster-preparedness company that sells into federal, state, and prime contractors.

For a long time my life looked like this: W-2 job, kids, fiancée, dogs, travel… and a business that only moved when I was in front of a laptop.

If I was on the road, nothing happened.

If I was at my day job, nothing happened.

If I was putting my kids to bed, nothing happened.

No pipeline moved. No follow-up. No quotes.

When I wasn't running the business, nobody was.

I tried what everyone tries: spreadsheets, "free" CRMs, a pile of tools that all promised automation. What I got was more tabs and more guilt, not more revenue.

So I built what I actually needed: an internal system where agents did the work for Outpost when I couldn't.

For eighteen months, DrewOS ran Outpost Preparedness end-to-end in San Diego: finding opportunities, sending emails, booking meetings, tracking inventory, watching compliance deadlines, and telling me, "Here are the three things that actually need you today."

Only after it worked for my own company did I open it up to other operators in the same spot:
