How to remove your data from DrewOS, including data we received from Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, X, or any other connected platform.

If you have an active DrewOS account, the fastest path is:
All workspace data — contacts, deals, drafts, scheduled posts, connected-platform tokens — is removed from production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within an additional 30 days.
If you can't access your account, or you're a connected platform user (e.g., a Facebook user whose data we received because a DrewOS customer authorized our app), email drew@drewos.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
We'll acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. We may ask you to verify identity before processing.
You can revoke DrewOS's access on each platform without contacting us. Once you do, we will stop receiving new data from that platform, and any cached data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may retain a minimal amount of information when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes:
When your deletion is complete we will send a confirmation email from drew@drewos.ai. If you don't receive one within 30 days of submitting your request, reply to the acknowledgement we sent and we'll re-investigate.
